New this season. I made this lure back in the 80s, used it for years. But after a while I could not find the main ingredient any more, so I quit making it. Well last year a customer seen it in my lure shed and asked me if that was my Secret Sauce that I was keeping for myself. When I told him the story abut the lure he had to try some. Well he started catching fur with it then other trappers heard how well it was working and wanted to use it. After some digging around I found the ingredient I needed to make it again. Its based off an old western formula that an old bounty trapper gave me. This is a curiosity lure made for Predator trapping. Good any time, with a unique musky smell not used much any more.
